Payments for completed services are non-refundable. If you have service-related concerns, contact management within 48 hours, and we may provide adjustments, credits, or alternative solutions at our discretion. Memberships, prepaid packages, and gift cards are non-refundable and may have expiration dates.

We retain appointment and client records for 3 years following your last appointment. Payment information is retained for 7 years for accounting purposes.
