Welcome to Lush Life Spa & Wellness. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. These guidelines ensure a smooth, safe, and professional experience for all guests.

At our spa, most services require prior appointments. Walk-ins are accepted only when a therapist is available, but pre-booking is highly recommended, especially for longer sessions or group appointments. To confirm a booking, we may request basic contact information. Payment must be made at the time of service unless prepaid, and we accept cash, UPI, cards, and approved gift vouchers. If you plan to use a gift card or promotional discount, please inform us before billing.

We understand plans may change, so cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made after this time, a cancellation charge may apply. Missed or no-show appointments may be charged the full service fee. If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest, and full charges will still apply.

For your safety, please inform your therapist of any allergies, medical concerns, injuries, or skin sensitivities before treatment. Some services may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions including pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart-related conditions, or contagious skin infections. Our therapists have the right to decline or adjust services if they feel the treatment may affect your health or safety.

We maintain strict professional standards, and respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any inappropriate actions, language, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and future appointments may be denied. Good personal hygiene is expected from all guests, and clients may be asked to shower before treatment if necessary.

Guests must be 18 years or older to receive massage services unless accompanied by or approved by a parent or guardian. Some treatments are reserved for adults only. Completed services are non-refundable, and dissatisfaction due to personal preference or discomfort does not qualify for a refund; however, if there is a genuine service concern, we may offer adjustments or credits at management discretion.

All information shared with us, including health history or contact details, remains confidential and is used only to provide proper care and communication related to appointments. If you are using a membership, gift card, or promotional voucher, please note that they are non-refundable and may have an expiration date. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated.

Lush Life Spa & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including health concerns, policy violation, or inappropriate behavior. These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice, and the latest version will always apply.
